1. Click on the "Become an Exhibitor" dropdown, then click "Request Exhibit Space" (Green), or click the "Request Exhibit Space" button on the About ToxExpo page (yellow):


2. Determine your organization type (Commercial or Nonprofit/Government Agency) and select the corresponding "Request" button. For this example, we will be selecting Commercial Exhibit Space: 


3. If you are a returning exhibitor, enter your Account Access Code and click "Log In": 

If you are a new exhibitor, you must first create an account by clicking the blue "Click here" link. Once an account is created, you can proceed to request your exhibit space. 


4. You will then enter the contract portal and see the below screen:


5. Update your organization information and contacts if needed, then click the grey box under "Exhibit Space Choice" to open the floor plan and select your exhibit space: 


6. The blue booths are available. Click on your desired booth (or booths, if you are requesting more than 100 sq ft) and your booth will appear in the top grey box. Click "Submit":

Note: If you are contracting as a Nonprofit, the upper left corner of the floor plan has a block of "Temporary Nonprofit Exhibit Space". Select a booth in this area. The Senior Exhibits Manager will contact you at a later date to assign you a booth within the floor plan. 




7. Review and complete the rest of the contract before clicking the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. You will receive a confirmation email. The Senior Exhibits Manager will review your request and, once approved, you will receive a second confirmation email and a financial statement.
