IMPORTANT NOTE: Booth personnel registered before March 1, 2026, will receive an email from SOT one week prior to the Annual Meeting. This email will contain a unique QR code that can be used to print their badge on-site. Individuals who receive a QR code do not need to wait in the on-site Exhibitor Registration line. Instead, they can proceed directly to a self-serve badge printer counter to pick up their badge and ribbon.
ToxExpo exhibiting organizations must staff their booths during the ToxExpo open hours with personnel knowledgeable of their organization’s products and policies and dressed appropriately for a professional meeting.
Booth personnel are required to register and wear the official SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo registration badge with the SOT-provided exhibitor ribbon. Individuals must pick up their own badge and exhibitor ribbon at the SOT Registration area during official registration hours. The exhibitor registration badges allow booth personnel to attend the SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo sessions, Welcome Reception, and Awards Ceremony, as well as the ToxExpo exhibit hall move-in, move-out, early access, and open hours.
Registered booth personnel arriving before registration opens at 2:00 pm Saturday, March 21, must go to the designated exhibit hall loading dock for security check-in. Unregistered personnel will not be allowed access to the exhibit hall at any time.
Exhibitor registration badges will display the name of the organization exactly as it appears in the ToxExpo Directory, with no edits or exceptions permitted.
