Timely Exhibitor Communications
Every exhibiting organization will receive ToxExpo Exhibitor Update emails containing useful information and important deadline dates for you to plan a successful 2026 ToxExpo. Be sure to add the following domains to your "safe senders" list so that these important communications are not blocked by spam filters:

STEP 1:
Click on the green "Exhibitor Log In" button located on the right.
STEP 2:
Enter the PRIMARY CONTACT email address and password.
If this is the first time logging into the ToxExpo website...
- Enter the PRIMARY CONTACT email address and select "Forgot Password?"
- Enter the PRIMARY CONTACT email address again and check "I'm not a robot."
- Click on "Submit".
An email will be sent to the PRIMARY CONTACT with instructions on how to reset the password. Keep in mind, the password entered is not collected by SOT. If the password is forgotten, a password reset will be necessary.
ONCE LOGGED IN...

Click on "Access Exhibitor Hub" under the CURRENT EXHIBITORS tab.

Once in your Exhibitor Hub, you'll be able to...
TAKE THE EXHIBITOR HUB TOUR to learn how to add a logo, image, description, and other enhancements in your Exhibitor Hub for your ToxExpo Directory listing and the SOT Event App.
ADD IMAGES AND EDIT CONTENT to let visitors know what you do, what you have to offer, and how they can find out more from your ToxExpo Directory listing! You can even tag as a First-Time Exhibitor and if you have a New Product Launch.
DIRECTLY LINK TO YOUR ACCOUNT to pay your invoice, print a receipt, and register your booth personnel (coming soon).
COMPLETE TASKS to meet deadlines.
LINK TO VALUABLE RESOURCES without having to leave your Exhibitor Hub.
OTHER HELPFUL TIPS
Order everything you need for your booth early through the online ordering system ExhibitorPro (coming soon) to ensure you receive the advance rate discounts provided by SOT’s official vendors.
Order the Budget Booth Package* from Shepard by March 2, 2026, if you have a 10’x10’ exhibit space that needs standard furnishings.
*Package includes a skirted table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and the required carpet.
Plan your shipping arrangements in advance using the labels provided in the online ordering system ExhibitorPro (coming soon).
Send your island, end-cap, or altered booth drawings or schematics to the ToxExpo Senior Exhibits Manager by February 23, 2026.
Register your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor(s) in the online ordering system ExhibitorPro (coming soon) by February 27, 2026, if you hired an independent or third-party contractor to install and dismantle your booth.
Send proof of insurance for your organization and your Exhibitor-Appointed Contractors to SOT’s insurance manager (coming soon) by February 27, 2026. Refer to the sample Certificate of Insurance and the ToxExpo Rules and Regulations for requirements.
Request visitor passes on or before Friday, March 6, 2026, for local, potential clients only to visit the ToxExpo exhibit hall Tuesday, March 24, or Wednesday, March 25. Refer to the Visitor Passes section in the ToxExpo Rules and Regulations for more details.
Arrive at the San Diego Convention Center on Saturday, March 21 from 2:00 pm* to 5:00 pm or Sunday, March 22 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm to set up your booth in the ToxExpo exhibit hall.
*Island booth exhibits may begin construction on Saturday, March 21 at 10:00 am.
Pick up your official SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo exhibitor badge and official exhibitor ribbon at the SOT Registration area located on the ground level of the San Diego Convention Center. Official on-site registration hours are coming soon.
Be ready to meet thousands of toxicologists in the ToxExpo exhibit hall Monday, March 23; Tuesday, March 24; and Wednesday, March 25 from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.* Exhibitors with the official SOT registration badge and exhibitor ribbon may enter the exhibit hall early on these days beginning at 7:30 am.*
